long story short. All started with me seeing our BDK using FUCKING VOID SHARD all the time since i've joined. This night i did call him out for that in guild's discord, while getting rather unpleasant reply.
After waking up and seeing this, i just decided to investigate further and found that the way he plays, his gear, talents and essences are the real atrocity exhibition. Thanks to Panthea and few other people from DK discord for helping with that.
Then i wrote to RL of the guild where the exhibit was trialing before joining this one since i have him on bnet. He got yeeted out from the raiding team for severe underperforming.
Afterwards i just forwarded all of this to one of the officers in our guild to just calmly ask them to talk with the other tank on the topic of all of this since SL is soon to be and overgear won't carry anyone at the start of the next tier. Got accused of dramatizing, ripping him, "crossing the line" and got kicked out of the guild right away

20-25: In this key range it really depends on you as a player. You can go for Twilight Devastation and have a higher damage output but remember that mistakes are more punishing so it might end up in you dying if you do not play properly

You don't NEED to go for vers on 20-25..but there's also no harm if you do go vers. Just remember to actually have a decent amount of base vers first and all the corruptions ready. We can't tell you when you should start stacking it since all the groups/pulls are different. In general if you start feeling you're taking too much damage while playing properly and eating up too much of your healers time you should start looking towards vers. Remember that our gear is static meaning we need to look for defensive options from somewhere else..e.g Vers corruptions.

You don't use vers at all until +23 keys where you only start looking onto it. The good setup for everything before +22 is TD5+2xIT1 or just TD6. I personally run the former

Well for me on bolstering if theres a big target I either pull all the small pats that can die easily without another add having a bigger hp pool that punishes
If I have a DH I just imprison the big dude and pull normally like I usually do

No one should ever use the excuse "It's just alpha/beta" to shutter feedback, just fyi, it's a shit thing to do and with Blizzard in particular who've ignored feedback all the way through release multiple times through multiple expansions it's just asinine to say. You shouldn't get yourself worked into a frenzy about something but you should absolutely voice your feedback with how the game is in-client at the current time and NOT expect Blizzard to magically understand the issues or fix/address them, even if voiced. See that a lot on here and reddit so wanted to speak up.
