First thing I'd do is swap DC to BFI on your helm and chest. 3x DC is not necessary. Secondly I'd be using Blood Siphon (or Elemental Whirl) on helm, and heed my call on the other two pieces instead of Ablative Shielding/Crystalline Carapace. Both of those traits are garbage tier for prot warrior
Ablative because we rarely if ever go below 40% and CC because the amount of armor it gives is literally irrelevant compared to how much armor we already have

Your % of blocked hits is really low. You're at 47.9% for the entire dungeon. Remember to not spam Shield Block. Use it when the previous one is about to expire so you can make the decision if you actually need it or not, and use Last Stand to fill the gaps. You used Last Stand 14 times in that run when it has around a minute CD after Anger Management (not even taking your IT1x2 into account) so you could easily have improved there.

You should just download the Loggerhead addon
When you start the key, it'll ask if you want to log "Challenge Mode" for that dungeon, you say yes (say no to the mythic one when it pops up when you first enter the dungeon). Then it'll always automatically log that dungeon.

@tranquil edge you don't NEED versatility corruptions btw. You can't do much if a dps procs TD on pull..they will rip aggro. If it procs mid pull you shouldn't have issues if you are playing the class correctly.

and you get 40s (or 60s with a luucky IT proc) of avatar
which is huge for rage gen/IP size and crit block
and on the 2m timer it lines up roughly with your dps's cds
s you can make spicy pulls around every combustion for instance

I would recommend Vision Hunter. The Haste is always useful and with movespeed is always useful as well, though slightly less so. There's always something to dodge.
Experimental Destabilization damage buff is only active when you're above 50% sanity, and you're probably going to spend about half of your run having the damage reduction of that trait.

First and easiest: don't point the frontals into your casters. Even if they dodge, they lose dps/hps.
The main reason you get into terouble is letting shield block drop
you start well with shield block an dshield wall, the you let everything drop and use Shield Block, Last Stand an dPain Suppression at the same time
