It's DPS and survival, since mastery affects AP which affects Ignore Pain size, and also increases your block chance/chance to critical block.

I’m used to my prot paladin which feels faster but I also have more haste. Is that just placebo or do I need to find more haste? Second question would be do I need reprioritize shield block. If I’m doing a big m+ pull I assume I need to have constant shield block uptime as opposed to timing attacks from a raid boss
