Hint for anyone trying to get hidden for prot: make allied race trial preferably highmountain tauren, go to cave and get appearance if its there then do prot quest to get artifact and voila. Just make new toons if theres nothing.

I mean, cloak resistance is the #1 source of power, tied with contaminants. So you should be prioritizing corruption when you have budget and cloak level when you don't. Obviously the first step on that is to get the cloak to 15, which should be your first priority.
