for M+ before +23-24, the stat prio is pretty easy
corruptions(TD in particular) > ilvl > haste > crit >= verse(i prefer crit for 20's personally) > mastery
ilvl rule is the most obvious for weapon and shield
and doesn't work for rings
ideally you want your highest haste rings
i personally sit at 35-39% haste with 475 hivemind ring(heavy crit/haste) and 475 KR one(exactly like yours but IT1 instead of vers2)
and i don't have crit gem

last time i logged out with TD4+2xIT1 setup that is under 40 corruption with 10 res minor in slot
2xIT1 is really nice if you're going to push keys farther than +15-16
