Going off the tooltip, the actual explosion is 7x as much damage as the tick
So idk how anyone would be able to stay stacked for that, since you'd have multiple explosions hitting people

how can a prot warry avoid the shattered Defenses from Aka'ali (the council boss from king's rest)?
I already know that parry and dodge work but our warry tank sometimes get the debuff and sometimes not; even though the dmg taken varies cause he can (crit) block it

The debuff application and the damage (in this ability's case) are treated separately. As you can see, the damage comes from the boss, but technically the debuff is from the environment
