I'm not sure what people will be running at that point, but my thinking is that if you're running 7 versatile III + 2 IT1s, that's 164 corruption, which is 29 corruption at max CR. If you replace IT1 with IT2 and add another versatile, that's 190 corruption, which is 55 corruption after max CR
So imo you're choosing between less cooldown rate and slightly more vers compared to having Grand Delusions or not

You typically don't need to run vers% at the same time you're running TD. It's an either or thing for the most part, especially if you're only doing 15-20 right now
Until you get well into the 20s, just go with TD and some IT1 fillers

You can make it a bit more complicated for yourself if you want to tho.
E.g:
You have rage to spend, should i spend it with IP even when i have some IP remaining or should i use it with Revenge?
Are TC/SS off CD? If yes then you should be using IP instead of Revenge since IP is off of GCD so you can use that GCD for TC/SS etc.
