What is the best race for prot warriors for horde and alliance ? Im curious on thoughts and reasons

for the most part it doesn't matter, the best race is what you like the look of

theres some value at VERY high end M+ for belf (for the utility of their purge) or vulpura (though i think their passive was nerfed a few weeks back)

for alliance similarly the utility of nelf for shadow meld or both flavors of dworf (self cleanse that works on necrotic/bleeds) are nice for high key pushing

but even then the gains are minimal and situational

3. Using SB while Last Stand is up, or treating Last stand as a SW-esque cd when its really just an extended SB charge
4. sitting on avatar/Demo shout. they arn't so much cds as a core part of your rotation and should be used basically on cd. especially when just starting out

Shadow of Zul on King's Rest on higher Keys + fortified feels close to impossible to tank as Prot, doesn't it? I've used double spell reflect and shield block and still died vs. his shadow barrage spam.

okay, i have kinda good news to report about my progress, i did a 13 temple, and we didn't make time, choked at end and finished

in another dungeon i had done 13 i had only used 10 last stands and 2 shield walls, so this time, i had used 18 LS and 10 SW

still only 28% up on SB tho
