It's not always big pulls you'd use it on. You can use it to cycle Healer cds to allow more damage for him, you can use it just to let the healer catch up. Big pulls too or just a safe guard

and is just kinda the sweet spot for CDR, esp with SB

but its very nice, and a lot of fun to have those back to back ava's fairly consistently
