Well the answer to your question is that they do not scale. I don't mind testing for you when I get home from work but I've done them on scuffed alts and I've done them on my main toon and they don't feel any harder to me regardless.

@candid path technically you can go ham and >200k DPS on AoE even without TD or DC stacking. The whole problem with multiple DC's i see is in the possibility to pick up 100% better options with no effort what so ever. Be it just BfI that boosts your phys damage mitigation through the roof while not really providing much else and being just a good replacement if you don't have generic stat traits, or HoD, MS and CwH themselves that outweigh every other trait that isn't first application of DC or BoM
