It shows how Surging 2 and Versatile % compare to each other and how they perform when mixed.
You can change values in the sheet by making a copy of it and using the green cell to change versatility to your character's value. Please make sure to add Essence versatility as you expect it.

@steep bone The closest thing you are going to get for that on AMD Adrenalin is to play with the Saturation slider in the Display Tab and then go into "Color" on the upper right hand side.
