I feel like I overlap too many defensives, since I'm not comfortable with how much I should have up yet. I'm also pretty sure I'm not hitting stuff like Avatar and Demo Shout often enough. I know I rage cap sometimes. Hmm... probably using Devastator too much?

You're using Devastate way too much; I noticed that immediately
You're wasting a lot of rage on a couple of these fights as well, which is probably because you never press Ignore Pain (by never I mean, very infrequently)
But you are also correct about Avatar and Demo Shout. You're not casting them enough.

@marsh smelt just for overall damage reduction: Make sure you are using Demo Shout frequently, but effectively (basically don't waste it, but don't ignore using it) especially if you are using BV. Make sure while using Bolster you don't use shield block, all rage for the most part should be going into IP and the occasional revenge.

Basher damage it’s important to make sure you are proactively preparing for void lash. I usually iron bark void lash but you can also LPS it. There shouldn’t be that many going off cause bashers should be dying as quickly as possible
Psychophages are tricky you really just have to A) have hunters/rogues MD and tricks you and B ) pick them up as best you can
