but so would, say, a stat stick like Vita. mad haste is rage gen is anger management is higher uptimes on basically all defensives. but vita doesnt explicitly show up on an hps meter. its still an excellent defensive choice

I've found that for the group i run with, building to take less damage, and sacrificing my own dmg has been some what beneficial to the group.
I can pull more mobs generally now without feeling like I'm going to drop, the rest of the group's dps goes up because of it, stuff dies faster and were able to complete keys.

it's important to get away from the mind set that HPS is important for warriors, mitigating damage is our core gameplay rather than healing it. you'll take far less damage blocking a hit than trying to heal it back up.

It's nice to have but not worth making important gear choices over, it can do a fair chunk of overall healing in m+ if you have a few pieces and maybe running lucid major but most of that healing is just keeping you at 100% and letting the healer dps

Can somebody help me understand spell reflect?
Does the spell have to be targeted on me?
In keys a guildie keeps telling me to spell reflect the Awakened spider casts.
Can I? If so, do I have to taunt to get it to target me or ?

SR is a bit complicated, 99% of the time the spell does have to be on you but there are exceptions to this rule but #268491842637660160 has a list of spells that SR does work on
