Not to be contrary flyxx, but I think you're a bit too worried about the status of your Ignore Pain. That's extreme min/maxing and probably is going to hurt you more than help you since you're essentially trying to make a split second decision based on a melee attack in the middle of a pack of mobs or boss.

As far as adding what you're after, that's something that was done via code I believe, so you'd have to find someone who can write in that code to add what you're wanting

@dusty plinth when tanking dungeons you want to have as close to 100% uptime As you can on shield block or last stand when actively tanking mobs. Ignore pain is much less important to have uptime on then shield block as it is usually just a rage dump to smooth out dmg intake
Other a few niche situations where pressing ignore pain is more valuable then have shield block up. IE (last 2 bosses motherloade)

Regarding gearing. Ilvl > stats for the most part. You may sacrifice some Ilvl for some corruptions (depending on what you need). Haste > the rest. Crit is fine as your second go to star - until maybe 21s/22s. I swapped to haste / vers then
