Additional I can say I don’t raid atm, so farming raids for azerite pieces is not an option.

Atm I have only one pieces with bastion of might on a 465 ilvl item.
Other two pieces of azerite gear is 465 and 480 but without bastions of might

So is bastion of might actually stronger than 15ilvl upgrade for azerite pieces.
