it's farily accurate
despite seeming to slightly prioritize revenge over IP more than you would in relevent content (6 uses of IP compared to 18 non free revenges in a 3m st patchwerk quick sim)
Revenge at best is a very very minimal gain over deva in ST
in aoe you'll have more free procs anyway
and in some cases using revenge instead of dumping into IP can be a dps loss
given IP is off the GCD and more efficient a rage spender especially during Avatar window where you have back to back rage gen abilities popping off
if you're asking is it accurate in should your dps = the sim dps, thats less so. since ST patchwerks have avg rng and assume perfect uninterrupted play which doens't always happen and its not accounting for the gazillion variables that pop up in individual fights, much less say M+ runs
if you're asking is it accurate if its saying X piece is better than Y piece. yes its completely accurate and in the case of M+ the more detailed a sim you make it the more accurate the comparison will be
