Lucid major loses value from vers too tho. IP is increased from vers. Vers increases leech healing and you literally are impossible to kill but it's very hard to pull big enough to gain that value

For instance. I have around 40% leech when I use lucid. If I have an average of 100% vers which is pretty common with the build I'm doing actually 80% of my damage is leeching. So if I'm doing like 100k, i'm doing 80k HPS JUST in self healing. Not even counting the huge like 350k IP shield I get every GCD; increased healing in impassive; warden, aegis and other stuff like that

I did 60k HPS on 3rd boss ML in a Tyran key and it could of been higher but my IP shield was so large from the vers that rixxa wasn't breaking my shield from her autos so I was wasting some IP

Your group could also just work around the limitation, I dont think you'd need to run CoF for it unless you're trying to push single target damage anyways. If you taunt and use throw it should be enough to get the mob to you if people aren't blowing it up right away
