so stop worrying about it, proper use comes naturally as you utilize the rest of your kit correctly

IP exists in order to facilitate anger management, smooth out damage, and in extremely niche cases as a fall back mitigation where shield block is just straight up useless (shadow of zul, last 2 bosses of ML)

if you fail to have shield block up for, well, almost anything, you most likely fucked up somewhere along the road

Hey guys i just tried conflict mayor in keys with my enh/ret/arms combo (3.8k rio). Is it possible that conflict clap generates much more aggro? I never lost aggro. If it really generates more aggro for some reason i might play it always instead of lucid
