@lime wing Hardest tanks to play well for beginners are probably Blood DK and Prot Warrior. Easiest are probably Guardian and Prot Paladin with Monk somewhere in the middle (I only put monk toward the harder side because they don't really have any get out of jail free cards for beginners to fall back on)

the vast majority of your survivability comes from how you play

execution of your rotation, knowing when/where/how to use cds or externals, knowing the dungeon and making smart pulls, using stuns/interrupts wisely etc

and the rest mostly comes from your shield ilvl and a smidge from your trinkets

the rest is kinda just icing on the cake

to the point you really shouldn't need to think about corruption as a survivability thing until you're well into the 20+ keys, where you absolutely need verse corruption to survive one shots

before that if you die you did something wrong (or possibly a g roup member did something wrong), and theres a better, more efficient answer to the issue, and tbh if your group is scuffing hard an extra 20 ilvls on a slot isn't going to save you from... 3 dps that don't know how to interrupt in shrine for example
