You can really use whatever you want on that row. Crackling Thunder makes it easier to manage large packs of mobs which are required to time high level keys.
Safeguard can be really handy in certain places though, like preventing a group member from dying to a mechanic (such as Eudora's Powder Shot)

@lavish grove 300% haste will get you to 1.5s cd outside of avatar, making it every gcd inside avatar. 700% haste if you want to clap every gcd outside of avatar.
However, if you have 2x r1 ineffable truths, then you only need 150% haste and a truth proc to clap every gcd inside of avatar.

Hey guys. im currently sitting at 27% unbuffed haste simply because every drop I have atm seems to have haste on it. Have read through the guides i can find and none of them say this is a bad thing. However the MT in my guild is saying this is too much and I should take off ITF as I don't need the extra....? It's still my biggest stat weight DPS wise so surely it's not a bad thing to have a lot?

Is there any good trait combination that would be usefull on ML 3rd/4th boss (I'm already porting out to swap talents, so might as well swap azerite traits). I need 1 defening crash and then I guess only bloodsport would helm me in terms of survivability there, or am I overlooking some other traits? (I currently have 3xBoM, 1xCrash, 2x Meticulous Scheming, Overwhelming/Unstable/Globules on 480, so I think there aren't anything that could be better for most M+, so I can start rolling on specific gear for ML/Mecha high keys?)

Ok first of all that reasoning is actual shit. deep breath many warriors use dev for st damage. It is superior to BV in single target damage only and it comes at a slight defensive sacrifice. That said, BV is still the optimal defensive play and that will not change and in reality it isn’t that far behind this tier because of corruptions doing a majority of your damage

the whole "well i see a lot of them run it" is also a moot point if you're looking at armory or IO. both log your equipped gear when you log out, so you'll frequently see top prot have their gear recorded as raid gear, fury gear, or in some cases even lvl 1 cosmetic toy gear. doesn't mean you want to be running it.
(and this applies to what io logs for particular runs as well, it just grabs whatever your armory says at the most recent logout)

and since neither increase how often you AA theres no synergy between the 2, they just happen to independently (and additively) buff the same thing
there IS however synergy between BFI and deva, because it increases the amount of time you SS
but offhand thats the only trait i can think of hat has any particular benefit to a deva build compared to BV
