Depending on your damage, what Rosjen said. If you can blast him down super quick, just go in with Gift ready to proc and go nuts. It'll proc on an add and you can use fear/shockwave/pummel to control what casts do happen outside of Gift. If you aren't doing a huge amount of damage, go slow and just take the adds on one at a time
