@steep condor Your search didn't work because the shields are on wowhead as their original base ilevel, which was 300. And you had it set to 400-450. Just set the required level to 120-120 and that's all you have to do since shields are all usable by any spec.

I don't know many theorycrafters for other specs but Mwahi has been a joke to most high level prot war players for a while now, sadly there is noone to step up and take over writing the prot war guides on wowhead and icyveins so we're stuck with him.
I don't personally know him, he might be a very nice guy to hang out with but his guides are too much theorycrafting and too little context of actual fights being taken into concideration. For example, in that post he talks about how crit is the best value defensive stat you have and while on paper this might be the case in the context of an actual fight you can't rely on parrychance to save you when you need it to while versatility is always active.

priority is SS>TC>Revenge>devastate for dmg.
Never cap rage, pump excess rage into IP, not into revenge.(unless you know better)

If you can't keep up SB or LS, fill the gap with shockwave / kiting ( if needed) / shieldwall

only advice i can give is to make sure you put pummel on a bind you can reach very easily, quick interrupts are good

I used all generations since the original belkin nostromo, and they are awesome

on average with tested logs. 15.4ms vs the best sensnors that were concluded to be roughly half that; and that's just involving the actual clicking
From tests, the 18,000 DPI standpoint is physically not possible without errors in tracking and calculation so in reality it's less than that but having a sensor that broad makes it bad for both negative and regular mouse acceleration and input delay
If you look at the actual industry that made the physical sensor; they even listed it as 12k DPI and all market sources says 18k

For overall usage, I'd rather not have an almost 16ms delay in my mouse when I also do things like you know browse the internet. You can also physically feel the mouse acceleration if you play with aero mode off or any true screenmode game
doesn't help that most people keep the default mouse acceleration setting that windows have when you install it

Seems good. Formless void minor would be preferred if your healer is running CoF. Although, it might be worth anyway since most pulls revolve around CDs in MDI so you can get more throughput/dps with formless.

I think that strat fits better at KSM where key levels were like 16. I think the higher you go, it might be better to err more defensively without gimping yourself to a two minute immunity. But who knows, I'm mostly doing TR for fun, so maybe it might be meta still.

Just from some of the practice runs I've watched on stream, the tanks are getting clapped at 39 corruption. I did a 35% trash pull with first boss in FH and lived at 59/79 (altho, 79 is a bit scarier 👀)

I think the corruption setup is up in the air atm, Felauras. I've seen people do all expedient, some do expedient r3 and td r3, etc. Just make a decent balance or slightly more towards damage and should be fine.
The more comfortable you are at tanking, the higher you can probably set your budget as well.
The real killer is grasping tendrils. Moving at 12% speed

You can do like a cheesy build with 2x r1 ineffable truths and decent haste. You'll tclap on cd during avatar, which makes VoP major kinda huge for dps.

Don’t use pawn stat weights. Prioritize ilvl > haste > crit
For 20+ keystones you can use lucid major for prolonged periods of avatar for survival. And some people use conflict major for the huge verse gain. That said, if you have to ask, you should probably stick with VoP major

Hey guys. I have a general tanking question rather than a warr question. Are there abilities in the current fights (either dungeons or raids), in which if you don't use active mitigation against, then an "extra" effect will occur?
For example: If you don't have active mitigation up when Zappyboi casts "Smack" then you are afflicted by "Sunder Armor" for x seconds.
