Hallo, i am not really beginner in tanking, i used to play prot before, but i am not sure about the mitigation playstile. I try to keep shield all the time up, if its on CD i use LS, then i go to IP to have it always up and rest i use offensively to dps. Is it correct way of spending rage. I feel that i am still very much in need of my healer. Self sustain is not really thing on my warr. I am 458 ilvl doing m+ 12 - 15 thts what i am now focusing

Self sustain isn't supposed to be a thing on a warrior.
We are a mitigation tank.
In general what you wrote is correct. Keep SB up,fill gaps with LS,dump rage with IP. Remember to use DS as well.
Use Revenge when you get a free proc or want to get Deep wounds on all targets.

It's literally impossible to say what you are doing wrong if we don't have logs or something similar. Keep SB up,use IP as rage dump,keep using Avatar/DemoShout on CD,fill SB downtime with Last Stand(Bolster),use SW where needed. Don't turn your back to enemies.
Also,no idea what content you are doing.

I barely hit shockwave in m+ because all it does is DR better stuns from DH and rogue.
I prob use storm bolt 20x as much as I use shockwave while tanking.
