I was helping someone with 3 mask carry and was a chore to get them to tag the first corrupted zone boss..they'd eventually die, use free rez..then use the orbs..etc to get them to hit final boss of each zone.

So I read the writeup on the essence choices of the top warriors, and though it was very good, but is there something similar I could read about what essences I should look at as a new prot warrior? and a new tank in general. I seems like in raids people mostly uses crucible, and I assume that is cuz of DPS? but I'm most likely gonna mainly do m+ for a start so what would you guys recommend? or where can I read up on some alternatives?
