Looking to get into tanking (play fury atm, come from mage since vanilla). ilvl king, then Haste>Crit>Vers>Mast i get, at what % are people stopping haste (before into the fray) before actively replacing with vers/mast? SB / LS depends on context more than anything, can you block, do you need to block, are you kiting, did you stun etc
If you died to blockable dmg but didn't block, then you didn't have enough uptime
There's no blank statement like '60% uptime on Shield block'

@inland bolt on keys you could play both maut and nzoth trinket but its pretty much overkill imo maut trinket is fine combo for atal for example so you have always trinkets for each snap etc

By the way, did some tests on ToS 1st Boss, they didn't nerfed SR... or at least they only changed the way Cyclone Strike works. You can only be hit once, even if you stay in front of him and take all 5 cyclones you only get 1 damage event.
