that said, ilvl is generally going to be best, because more stats is usually best stats. you are more than welcome to sim for dps as a woyer, because gameplay is where the hefty majority of survival comes from.

In most keys you can go above 39, IF it actually gives you a noticeable damage gain. You dont want to run it on more difficult keys because of the risk of just dying however. So apply critical thinking and you should be good.

Overall SB up time is not something you should track. What you should track is SB uptime when you are actually tanking.

Is it any good to switch or just keep with the higher ilvl piece ? Atm 14 % vers, with procs it's going to 37% (aegis/Ldreams) with the rank 3. With the rank 1 it is going to 25-30% vers. Seems to be a good uptime, but idk if it worth

Yeah got 28 without using new essences, and 38 using the horrific vision one ( health stored). On that scenario + my other corruption is rank 2 vers from gear/sources. Is it worth to swap ? Or is still good to get ilvl + socket ?

I would total the total stats (strength, haste, vers, etc) on each piece and then judge of the ~450 difference stat proc between them is worth it

They are pretty close in value - i'd use the 475 socketed one tho.
DPS wise - you can sim it to get a more specific answer for your current gear.
