For BrM ik that %health calculations for things like gemhide are done pre-stagger so that even with BrM smoothing it still procs regularly

and its worse than all the damage procs
the way to look at it (compared to something like the verse proc) is its a 4% increase with 25% uptime (if your crit is at or around 25)

Am I correct in choosing 460 socketed gloves over 470 gloves with Mind Flays (+35 corruption)? It seems like the secondaries from the socket are worth more for progression (heroic) than the extra dps from corruption? The gloves would put me at 40 corruption.

technically SS should always have prio cause it gens more rage but for dps purposes it gets shoved aside for TC in 2+ targets
TC also used to be higher prio ST during avatar in S2 because Unstoppable Force made TC hit harder ST than SS
but then Unstoppable got nerfed so SS is always better against 1 target

as a small FYI @stiff bear unless you're truly just hitting the floor constantly (which is typically a player error anyways) the idea of tank damage not mattering is fairly antiquated

How does stars stack up against the other options post nerf? Assuming my option is like... 6% twilight dev + bad corruption at sub 20 total corruption, or 6% twilight dev + t2 stars and 38 corruption, what would you guys do?
