@sick sentinel That's how I do them on my DH. If you feel comfortable, you can just pull the entire area and AoE down. I haven't done visions on my warrior yet but I think I'd likely run Anima major for them just for the AoE burst and the self healing.
Then again, a lot of low HP adds in there so you might have enough self heals just from VR procs

Since the new trinket, Lingering Psychic Shell, has caused some confusion, Im here to explain how it works.
It gives you a shield for N (185k on normal, 269k on mythic), 80% of your damage taken will be taken by the shield instead.
For example, you have 200k absorb remaining of the trinket, and you get hit for 220k.
The absorb amount is then reduced by 176k, and you take 44k damage in total.
As you get more corruption, the total absorb will increase by up to 50%.

People prefer different things.
I rarely play defensive trinkets in m+ unless i'm actually pushing uncomfortably high.
Tho same could be said about raids.
Both trinkets work in both situation regardless so..if you wanna be more defensive use Urchin and offensive wise use Gore in either raid or m+.

It will enhance anything that can crit while the buff is up. Tho remember that crit is RNG not guaranteed + you can't guarantee you have the buff up while EV is doing its thing.

Hey! So how is the NZoth Trinket working now? I don't really get it. It says 80% reduction until Psychic Shell has taken 223k dmg.
How high is the damage I can negate with that then? The wording gets me confused...
And depending on Corruption Resistance the damage reduction is further reduced (shouldn't this be "increased"?) by up to 50%. Does it get to 90% dmg reduction then? And what would this mean regarding the maximum dmg intake this can negate?
(How could they make this more confusing than before... xD)

Question regarding Obelisks. My duo decided to pull the spider captain outside of ML last boss, it only resetted the captain and we were able to fight the boss just fine. We tried it on ToS but it restarted the whole encounter on the last phase. I'm guessing that because the boss in ToS are basically adds is why it happened. I believe ML to be the only place that you can get away with this. Has anyone tried to do something similar?
