Because it turns out heroic leap is ur best cooldown in big fat pulls
I could see crutching on a defensive trinket for the first few weeks just to get through the bumped k values on bigger keys
But unless our scaling changed drastically while I was gone ur best options are going to continue to be (generically) stat steroids with cooldowns that line up with avatar

@slim pier it's 1 hasted ppm so it will probably be decent especially at higher ilvls. The damage part of it is pretty negligible since the absorb will get eaten fast.

Mostly because mythic+ can't be tied to certain item levels.
You can do a +10 with 420 and you can do a +10 with 470. It comes down to dungeon knowledge(pulls/damage patterns/what to avoid/interrupts) and the people you are running with.

Well, TD will net you more damage but i wouldn't hurry with cleansing the weapon since they might still play around with balancing.
Just keep it in your bags and use your previous weapon while wearing the TD legs for a bit.
