If you started the week with a full clear, you'd get the full clear reward. If you did another full clear, since you already got the full clear one, you'd get the 2 zone reward

Aegis is okay. Defensively it's pretty good for AoE but the issue I have with it is that it's all but useless on ST.
Whereas I can use Sphere instead and get a free almost 5% haste at all times, regardless of pack size

realistically Stam doesn't provide anything for you survivability wise
it helps you survive massive hits, but your healer still has to top all that damage back off
where any of the stat stick essences (CnS, Sphere, Lucid) actively give you more damage reduction -> less damage healer has to heal
null is also highly situational for M+
general use you'd be better served with CnS, Sphere, Lucid, or Aegis in minor slots

The only time they're really super effective is if you're staying below 100 for long periods of time, then they have a long time to accumulate a lot of effective healing without causing overhealing by topping you off

I just tried it out in underrot and yeah it felt like i had it up the whole time. I also have minor lucid.
I also realized that prot warriors can solo the last boss of underrot. It'll take a while, but you can sustain infinitely by killing spores and using victory rush.
