wowhead main trinkets are raid drops only and alternate are all. icyveins rates trinkets on pure survivability meaning on the defensive trinkets should line up. Then icy does ALL trinkets not just raid so the only 2 that should line up are the Alternate trinkets
and the bloodmallet only does dps trinket which icy doesn't do and wowhead does. Bloodmallet also doesn't sim pocket sized for some reason so you wont see it there

if you are going to do them, id go fury over arms as fury has more self healing, a slow, and a fear. you also never realy fight more than 5 mobs at a time so you dont lose out on AOE
you can easily do one side + thrall 1-5 and get more titan research coins, you get 150 per extra side.

I have been playing prot war since 8.1 and I am finally moving up to some higher m+ keys (18-19 range).
When I was playing KR+19 the other day and battling Shadow of Zul, I got completely CHUNKED. I was using Null dynamo, Health pot, healthstone and all my CD:s. My ignore pain healing was doing sligthly more than 40k hps and our healer was pumping over 90k hps. Still we hade to use 2 BR on me.
The encounter wasnt super long either as our damage dealers were doing 40-60 k single target each.
How do you other prot warriors handle that encounter? Is it able to kite or am I completely using my CD:s wrong?

It chunks every tank due to its damage pattern.
You pretty much gotta lust it on higher keys and rotate Defensives/externals (DO NOT OVERLAP) and avoid any extra incoming damage like the AoE from the ground.
All of your rage should go into IP.
If it's too much then there's not much else for you to do other than kite back. Ideally you leap out just for enough for him to follow you - as he gets into casting range and starts casting you move back again a bit to make him cancel his cast and follow you again.
And repeat.

I've started farming islands recently, but people expect me to pull the entire island and finish in 3-4 minutes. I have the gear for it, but I still struggle to survive and I feel like it's a combination of azerite traits and essences. Is there anyone spamming islands that can give me some information?

The biggest issue with pulling big is getting chain CC'ed making it pretty much impossible to survive. if you get hit by 1 Stun or w/e chances are you'll be chain cc'ed to oblivion by other similar mobs.
Also there are some mobs that put poison etc on you that actually hurts.
Remember to also pick up orbs from dead enemies to regain health etc.

@red dock Not sure if anyone mentioned this for Tantrum, but he actually stops moving to cast it at about .6 or .7 seconds left on the timer. When the timer hits sub-1 second, just start strafing away from him and you should easily avoid it. Sorry if that was already said. :p
