So i capped/filled the conquest bar early in the week and handed in the quest to capping. That makes me eligible for the conflict and strife rank 3 items right?
But now, I decided to get 1600 rating so i can get 5 pieces a week, but by doing so I refilled/re-capped the conquest bar, should I hand in the quest now since im already eligible for the pvp cache on tuesday? or can i hold on to this quest by handing it on tuesday so i dont have to pvp next week.. basically, can I sit on this quest? or is it safer to hand it in now and just re-cap the conquest bar again next week via other conquest rewards aside from arenas?

the amount of pieces you get is based on your highest rating during the week
you don't need to turn in the quest again
unless you plan to do more things that give conquest
on tues you should be able to loot chest, then immediately turn in the conq cap and relog and check your pvp tab, it'll tell you if you qualify for the chest the week after
it should let you auto-qualify without having to do anything

The turn ins for the catch up caps won't affect you getting C&S. Getting 500 conquest the first time is what gets you C&S 1. Getting over 1000 rating gets you 2 and you can skip straight to it. Getting 3 starts after you get 1/2 out of the first weekly chest.
