Just an FYI though, the 12 spells don't start counting until the debuff is gone
So you are always going to have the 6 second debuff and then a short ramp-up period until you cast the 12 abilities again. And iirc when I was checking logs, IP didn't count, but I'd have to look again to be 100% on that

i was a noob once and was doing some perf capturing on a title I used to work on. I was getting awful perf on the PC build, which should have been the most optimized. Couldn't figure out wtf it was and after way too long trying to break it down, turns out I had a window open in the cut on wowhead that was just hogging enough resources to cause conflicts. Man I felt like an idiot after that.

I’d strongly advise against using fang and Cyclo as a prot warrior
