the block value is how much damage a block filters, the half a % you cited is block 'chance' which is barely relevant.
But the block value is very relevant.
Because every time we hit 'shield block' or 'last stand' (with proper talent) the block chance is set to 100%.

I think people don't realize how much damage null dynamo does; take a look at how much damage it does in any zone that tosses even occassional magic damage. (yeah it's not optimal for a lot of zones but in places where you face frequent magic damage it's hoss)

Reduces it by 20% or 25%; whatever the tooltip of SR says. I can't remember off the top of my head.

@gray wave You should do Avatar>Clap>Demo>Clap, etc. You could cast Demo halfway through Ava and still extend it the full 6 seconds; you only need 5 globals to extend it the maximum amount (TC>something>TC>something>TC)
