Conflict is static vers regardless of pull size once it stacks up. Aegis depends on pull size.
I use Conflict and Sphere personally. Null is good for damage if you have R3 in a lot of dungeons

you can place the emissary on a hill so it doesn't affect the others with aura
since any z-axis difference disables the aura
the way my group does it is we pull all 3 of them to the hill on the side

a dps/healer taunts the emissary so it runs up the hill past me
and when it reaches them i taunt it back
so the tides is on higher elevation than the other mobs
and we cleave all 3
while still getting kicks out
and we mainly focus 1 of the two casters first since you'll have to move if they drop the totem
and it's easier to manage kicks if you have all 4 people on one, tides itself isn't dangerous

Well kinda yea, you lose one stack a second with 1 second internal cooldown. So you only lose 1 stack a second no matter what. IIRC

I have an issue with the fact that a progression system they put in place for small groups to do hard end game content is being nullified as a real valid option for end game progression

like an affliction warlock is going to be monster on some fights. You can go up to 60+ corruption and if they're good enough with their use of Burning Rush, positioning, and banishing the Thing from the Deep, they can reap the benefits of a shit load of haste stacking.

Won't m+ gear being able to corrupt be equivalent to farming for benthic gear? Lower ilvl but you can endlessly grind for the corruptions you want. And only the really rng mythic raid pieces will be better (assuming corruptions are as impactful as benthic)

Anyone know if activating an obelisk is instant or a channel? Essentially I am thinking if it is possible to activate an obelisk along a route you don't plan on taking by a player clicking it from stealth and then SM/vanish while the rest of the party pulls it by actually entering from a different rift.
