You have drastically more knowledge about the dungeons that have been in since launch than a new boss.

The dps requirements are often lower on 15s than some bosses. The mechanics are usually easier / more common ones too.

Well I think DC has mostly fallen out of favor because it's a fixed damage increase which means it gets relatively worse as your gear gets better (assuming you have it on 445 azerite already). Whereas MS gives x% haste which just gets better as your other gear gets better (since haste increases casts and other gear increases the damage of those casts)
