I like the conquest bar reward for a template of a good grind. 500 per week to grind when you like, with some good ways to fill it on a daily lockout, and if you miss a week you can catch up if you have more time than usual.

I have a (hopefully) easy question about Vision of Perfection procs with Avatar. One of my guildies and I were discussing whether you can munch procs by casting Avatar during a proc. Additionally, I was hoping someone could confirm that a VoP proc during an active Avatar will add time to the existing Avatar uptime.

The only situation i can think of that using Avatar during proc is when you have a big pull ahead or need some defensive/offensive ability, because when you proc VoP you only get 1/3 of mastery bonus from Bastion of Might

Alright, super-nooby question team. In M+, how much rage should I be pumping into revenge vs. ignore pain? Aside from this being key level dependent (you probably need IP a lot more in 20's than in a 2, for example), assuming that I'm doing a dungeon level that is challenging for my team.
Like, right now I'm trying to keep some amount of IP up at all times. Is that the play?

Typically in M+ you’ll automatically spend more on IP than Revenge since you’ll get a lot of free revenge procs on trash. That being said if IP wasn’t up I’d prioritize that over a non free revenge

If you’re pushing keys at an appropriate gear level and skill level 95% of the time you’re going to be focused on SB over IP and should be warning healers when you’re about to run out of SB because that’s when iron bark on a 1 minute CD becomes important but beyond that I’m almost certain in most situations beyond self healing such as grevious weeks you’re fine by yourself
I also think that pally healers are super important as a prot warrior as SAC is an insanely powerful CD in most M+ situations as a prot warrior
But personally I’d try and avoid shammies and monks as healers in anything above a 20/21 as a pug as they tend to not understand the need for magic dmg reduction or the blast healing necessity to deal with the magic dmg in dungeons such as shrine in anything over a 20 where the goddamn water bolts legit hit for 75% of your hp when spell reflect is on CD.

Well, for a prot war, you only have two defensive spells that you aren't using rotationally, which are Shield Wall and Spell Reflection
