I have a question for the MinMaxers : i know im supposed to fill my rotation with devastate when i have nothing else to cast.. but what if my TC or SS are something like .4s left on cd...do i wait and cast it then or do i just fill with devastate and then wait a full GCD to cast TC later?

There are definitely some points where it's your fault. e.g. on Wipe 3 it looks like you had boss first and didn't have Shield Block or anything up so you took a 600k melee to the face. I don't know a lot about the fight but I know that until you get a few stacks of the debuff, he hits like a train @white plaza

Like if you set it to 100ms, that means no spells get queued until you only have 1/10th of a second left in the GCD. So unless you're pressing your buttons fast enough that you're doing 2 keypresses in 1/10th of a second, it could delay your next cast, even if you don't notice it.

@stoic pilot @warm plinth @sick sentinel @strong forum the high haste input eating has nothing to do with spellqueue. that isn't how spellqueue works. spellqueue at default value (400ms) will always queue the next ability as long as it's within 400ms and automatically cast as soon as gcd ends, setting it lower means you have a shorter time between your keypresses and when they become "valid" to get queued as the next cast ability. the one negative aspect of this is that if you have an ability queued such as TC/rev and you get a SS reset and don't press SS within the queue window (ie, before gcd ends including your latency) it will cast the previously queued ability instead of the SS. the reason high haste causes input munching is because there is a cap on GCD reduction which is at 100% haste (0.75s GCD), and if you get enough haste procs to get over 100%, you likely aren't spamming hard enough to get a spell queued before the GCD ends despite the ability being off cd. in this case, raising your spellqueue window will actually be what helps as it increases the window in which you can press abilities and have them queued properly

Using Orgozoa for an example, I'm generally refreshing in the 0.5 seconds left with Last Stand but it'd be handy information to know since it does point this out as a major gameplay error.

But in a more grand scheme..haste reduces CD's of your most important damaging & defensive abilities which then allows you to use them more often to produce more rage which feeds into AM which in turn feeds into reducing your big CD's even more.
Just don't drop ilvl on primary armor pieces for haste.

I have heard alot of different opinions from streamers but it seems like the trinkets people are saying is definently in there is 1 DPS and 1 Defencive. And the major 3 DPS ones are Rezans, Butchers and Vial. And the Defencive ones are either Edict or Urchin

in general defensive trinkets serve the purpose of increasing group dps by 1. letting your healer dps more to the point where it's a group gain vs you using an offensive trinket or 2. covering some of your mistakes
