Depends on what your other options are.
It's a fairly easy to get high base ilvl trinket on a fairly short CD that provides a burst of haste.
In m+ it takes a bit more cordination to actually get the most haste out of it in beneficial situation so you gotta watch for that.

That’s a good way to find out. If you have a consistent group - for raids / mythic plus - have an ongoing conversation with your healer(s) and figure out what you can do

Maybe they are falling asleep and you can get more dps / bigger pulls

Maybe you’re taking too much damage and you need to go more defensive.

Especially in m+ there isn’t a correct path to success. Each week I have to kind of start over and get a good baseline of what I can give up to get bigger pulls or more dps

Azverth that’s a good way to approach things. In m+ you have two options for increasing dps - bigger pulls or more offensive. In a vacuum both work. So figure out what’s good for you and go with it

And it's lovely. One less button to press \o/

You should have stacks of the boss for soaking, which means you'll take a lot less damage.
If you do need to soak an extra puddle/wave when stacks have dropped, but you can't switch boss yet for whatever reason, I guess an external will help, or Shield Wall

I'm trying to get my guild do it for my warrior too, but, it's not like they benefit from it, cause I'd use it in M+ (don't tank warrior for guild raids, I'm on BrM for that)
