I usually do 5 target patch for 90 seconds (only because weird shit happens in 1 minute sims), single target patch for 4 mins and a dungeon slice, and kinda make a judgment call from there

specifically, Brutal, Indigestion is a 12 yard frontal cone that he tracks you for the cast (but does not move). As long as you're not tanking him smack dab in his hitbox (but as a general tanking rule you should avoid this), you can just do a side-run backwards during the cast (backpeddlin' be too slow) and avoid it.
