People always think they follow the rotation but there's thing you just can't see when you're playing - hence it's good to go over the logs to see what you missed.

These are your casts:
Devastate should NOT be your most used spell.
The DPS priority should be SS->TC->Revenge->Devastate.
So only use Devastate when literally everything else is on CD.
You also don't use Avatar on CD - 4 casts of Avatar in a 5m fight is too little.
Due to using Devastate so much you are also missing casts of Thunder Clap/ Shield Slam.

Barrage not only is pure damage, it's gonna be worse than gismo on anything other than bosses that stand still and never move and/or have very large hitboxes
gismo amplifies your damage and since you are running visions there is a very high chance it will proc during avatar

I think most people accept that block value at or past 42.5% guarantees that blocks within crit block will be 85% and cap itself, but having more so when not crit blocking I never treat as a bad thing

I use gemhide in raid I was using Vampiric for the extra heal and speed buff in M+ for kiting really but usually I would use gemhide
and the armor was not helping me with all the spells pugs in M+ were not interrupting
the extra armor when I had casters this week getting bolstered in M+ and wailing on me when I was not interrupting because people tend to forget where there interrupt button/keybind is was getting me trucked

In BoD after 10 weeks of farming first boss I didn’t get a shield.
A player who came back and wanted to play his shaman instead of mage got a 425 shield week one.
