@stuck crown first things first..if ST DPS is what you're after you should be using CoF Major. A really-really strong minor on Ashvane and a lot of other bosses DPS wise is Nullifycation Dynamo -r3. If you don't have Dynamo r3 yet then i'd advice using CoF major/VoP minor.
Another DPS increase for you will be using Devastator.

healing is a zero sum game
if you heal all the damage intake, then it's job done
the only thing that is relevant is healing the damage so that frens don't die
if there is low damage taken, then hps is lower
if there is higher damage, hps is higher
if the damage comes in large chunks, certain heals will be better
if there is low consistent damage, trickle heals will look better on meters
