I just saw a bunch of warriors with naga enchant and thought "hey season is only 4 weeks old- maybe someone did some quantifying math on some new variables and the overall mitigation naga provides outweighs the dmg FM provides." But it seems that "sim dps prot and play better to not die" is still the general consensus on this discord. There are ways to tell in the UI if it stacks or not. e.g. you can hover over the middle trait, and the numbers in green are the ones that stack.
Or you can link the trait in chat and click on the link, and the number that changed is the one that stacks.
