Parses are important to a point. You should be contributing as much as possible to your group's success and past playing properly/surviving, you provide DPS. That being said, you don't need to be parsing 99/100% to be successful.

I am really not a fan of Booming voice anymore. The huge avatar uptime, the shitload of SS procs with devastator, and the fact that we barely have free GCD anymore (even without devastate) makes booming voice kinda meh

When I used Booming Voice, I was using it offensively, sadly I was a dps main so I'm always minmaxing it, but with devastator, there is no reason to do that, so I could save it for defensive and active tanking moments, which I find better for raiding

but that really depends on your healers, if they struggle to keep you healthy, go for barrier over lucid dreams to help them out

It all depends on how you use it and what you want from it / what card you use.
With cyclotronic it is really amazing on demand burst damage.
With the dodge card it is a solid (2nd I believe) in terms of defensive trinkets - assuming equal Ilvl

You use the 425. You always take the highest Ilvl weapon and shield because of what they do for us

So I got a 420 Rezan's I am using with my Punchcard (also have a 430 motherload bomb trinket and the 425 alch trinket) and I think they give me the best overall "feel" while tanking. I also have an Overwhelming power trait WITH King Mechagon's chest piece with the Haste Stopwatch trait. On average I am actively tanking with about 45% haste, hitting 65% sometimes
The last time I felt this OP was when I had a multistrike cleave trinket from Norushen in SoO and was top DPS when tanking Galakras
