You gain 10% hp which equates to 1 % of your health as extra damage (pre LS / CS.)
So, with those you’d get 1.5% of your base health as damage.

It affects Ignore Pain and increases our armor via Vanguard @frigid heart. Superior str potion grants 1215 str, armor potion grants 1215 armor. So from the str potion we get 729 armor anyway and we also get larger Ignore Pains and more damage.

Yeah you should get one called Investigating the Rumors, then one called Finding a Key, and then whatever the last one is called.
First one is 3 days, second one is 6 days (if uncountered) and last one is apparently 8 days (if uncountered)
And you get rank 3 as the reward for the 3rd one

Never paid much attention to it carnion, but I would imagine pretty high (like 80% or higher). Demo has a 45 second base cooldown and lasts for 14 seconds with Deafening Crash. I imagine on average it probably has a 25-30 second CD (feelycrafting hard right now since I don't pay attention to that; I just press it when it's up).

@quick yarrow I'd say probably Wind-up Pylon and one of the other two but I've not heard much about font. That's a ton of str with a potential duration of 30 seconds. It's the channel that's making it a tough choice for me though. 4 seconds spent channeling as a tank seems pretty meh to me (especially a global-locked one like us). Probably would be more likely to use it in a raid when I can pre-cast it or channel it during an intermission or something than in M+. Pure feelycraft there though.

I will say this, though, prot paladin playing seraphim will probably destroy any tank in ST dps. Granted they don't need the survivability. So if your goal in m+ is just to flex tank dps, then you can get away with prot paladin and play seraphim.
