Punch cards scale with the Ilvl of the whole trinket - (red + yellow )/2 -

Your yellow will scale down and your red will scale up if using cyclotronic.

If we take out Vers - my trinket does a couple thousand more per tick over the DH in my group

Skyrix, it is a solid one - third I believe - behind urchin and punchcard assuming equal Ilvl.

Rezan is a massive upgrade to offensive and defensive at 25 ilvls

Maybe? It’s a cheap alternative @tender phoenix and has aspeed gem which is nice

@opaque shuttle the bottom line is do you feel you need more survivability or can you sacrifice some for dps (which also reduces total damage output in a fight)

Edict, imo, requires more thought and planning as you have to plan for either physical or magic damage

I'd only use the diamond if you're having trouble living through things. I think once you have an overclock the punchcard is 100% better than rezan until then its a toss up / slightly infavor of rezan

Looks like basically in P1 you have to manage sting stacks. They reduce your damage taken 10% per stack but if you get to 10 stacks you die from the sounds of it.

Not sure you could judge the explosions though Chewtoy. Since you have to do it throughout the fight, unless you like checked replay at a specific time when you know you guys took a ton of damage I guess

The absorb is 1ppm and super tiny. The damage is basically nonexistent because the absorb will be depleted in one hit so it's just a useless effect overall.

In regards to the changing spec for the iris/anima you don't need to. Just run 2 +7s on time and it drops the level 2 for both. All I would say is go to the heart forge and learn em.

I currently have Merekthas and the mystical bulwark highbourne trinket and I wanted to know what recommendations you guys have for trinkets are. I use Bloodmallet for dps but that's not necessarily what I want here. I mostly have 7s done but have a 10 (that I timed and did quite happily) I just know that Bloodmallet priorities' dps over survivability.

I just feel like you're misjudging the trinket. You store healing blood up to the maximum amount of 61,391. Every 3 seconds, you heal 7,980 damage (assuming you have that much stored). To store that much every 3 seconds, you would have to take 79,800 damage in the last 3 seconds, which in any content where you'd use a defensive trinket is not remotely farfetched. As a result, you do approximately 23,940 healing every 9 seconds which is approximately how often you'll get diamond with my current haste on my paladin - 12%, and that absorb is 19,344. So assuming consistent, relevant damage intake, you're healing more than diamond would absorb. With 30% haste, diamond of same ilevel will pass it by a little (by like 900). So it's pretty comparable to a diamond which is a really good defensive trinket, and you get the healing only when needed (since it only ticks when you're injured), whereas Lucid is going to overheal a lot. That's my opinion on it.

is the dmg from the beam (mecha trinket) scaling with overall ilvl of the trinket? not sure if i should use a 415 card with good stats or a 430 with mediocre ones

Hey guys, any recommendations for Radiance mythic p2? The adds truck, and their "melee" is spell damage. Is the best thing we can do to use shield wall and spam IP for mitigation, and reflect on CD? Am I missing anything?

Regarding spell damage only mobs, I usually go reflect > demo+clap > wall > demo+clap > reflect, all while spamming IP

Hey guys, just a question, I have the option to get 2 heroic pieces of azerite this week or one mythic piece next week, is it better to buy the two heroic pieces this week and delay getting the mythic azerite by one reset?

@elder palm On weapons, the more important thing you should be looking at is weapon DPS. The splitter is better because the weapon DPS is higher, not because of the str/sta. Similar to how shields are ilevel>all because of block, weapons are ilevel>all because of weapon DPS.
