@last mason late response. It's definitely tighter but still extremely easy. Did an 18 with a somewhat carry (lock did 24K overall whereas I did 22K as prot) and still timed it comfortably with 2+ minutes left.
Don't get me wrong, you still notice it, i was confused why we only had 2 minutes left when it went so smooth, so you MIGHT have to double pull a bit more, but the packs are nothing as prot and if you intercept the powder shot it's still a free key.
the minus 3 minutes was a good change imo.
Freehold legit is my favorite dungeon tho, even if it wasn't as easy, all the different options you have make the place a blast

when would you say the best time to use memory is
during avatar rage is hardly an issue, but to get maximum effect you want to use it when rage gen is highest
but does it help at all if you are just spending rage on overcapped IPs
maybe mid fight after you have used a SW and LS you could use it with an avatar phase to try and warpspeed those 2 cds back

@junior ivy the add-on that puts grid on screen is called "align" there is also an add-on that will embed your damage meter into any chat window you want. Like the Elvis functionality.

Avatar is usally back up fairly quickly after that. I am going off of memory as I am at work but I have zero issues. Still getting used to having another ability on use.
Haste is usually around 50%+ on average as I am at 21% base and have Overwheming Power, Gizmo, Meticulous Scheming, Blood Rite Azerite traits. Haste weapon enchant and RAGE/Rezan trinkets. Reminds me of Glad spec with the APM.

@tropic star Use it during periods of high rage gain, e.g. Avatar (you'd use it before Avatar). While yes, you are technically wasting the rage on IP since it'll overcap, that rage still contributes to Anger Management CDR.
@west kayak You should use Memory before you cast Avatar. Avatar grants 20 rage which would obviously double. And if you cast Memory during Avatar, you're wasting a GCD of Avatar which is literally never a good idea. Just food for thought.
Even using it pre-pull would be great since you'd double your intercept rage too.
Like Memory>Intercept+Avatar would pretty much instantly cap you.

On a different topic, I always thought the cap of Haste was at 100% and anything past that was wasteful? I was in Naz and everything proc'd during a large AoE pull and I couldnt keep up and just started spamming TC. It was nuts.

Past 100%, the GCD doesn't get any smaller. But your ability cooldowns will still decrease.
