overall prot war is much better then blood regarding interrupting lots of stuff
if you have dds who ll take care of that take blood because of 15 sec death grip, which is really strong for stuff like the thunderstorm mini boss after first boss KR
blood will enable your dds and healer to deal more dmg, especially in lower keys
now interrupting stuff and dealing more dmg doesn't matter that much in lower keys but it can make the run smoother
