For example, there's the Conflict and Strife essence, level one requires you to just get your conquest cap and open your next weekly PvP chest, but level 2 requires you to have 1000 rating and then open your weekly PvP chest. If you have neither but fulfilled the conditions for level 2, you'll get level 2.

Recharge depends on gear, my recharge is 11 seconds.
To track both you could probably use an Action bar with 1 spell on it (shield block) and a WA to track it being active

@sick sentinel Most, if not all, BoD/CoS trinkets and gear effects now scale better with ilvl. Thats a change coming in 8.2. Before the effects were scaling at the same rate as primary stats would, but now it scales at a similar rate that secondary stats do. TL/DR: most trinkets and gear effects are getting buffed.

The thing is, BoM is only good because it's a huge amount of mastery exactly when we're already getting a damage buff. Mastery really isn't that great point for point under normal circumstances.
And besides, with ITF, haste should typically be your highest stat, so it's not going to be a BoM. It'd be a haste buff (which is actually better than if it were mastery since haste is always strong)
