No. Haste is still very valuable. There's just not a percent you need to worry about hitting. You should be equipping your highest ilevel gear. If two pieces are the same ilevel, pick the one with better stats (haste/crit for M+, haste/vers for raids)

The easiest way to make sure its not on you is to make sure your group is standing behind you and then you stand couple of yds in front of adderis so you dont get cleaved by other cyclone strikes since theres a chance not all of them hit you at the same time

@quiet crane depends exactly on your gear. If you have legit every azerite available, 2 CsHb is probably going to be best, but RF vs CsHb is gear dependent. 1 UF, 1 SR, 3 OP is the big thing

The pack is not all linked. So you cc the saurid "leader" and the saurids will stand still while the others move along. Once they are far enough you pull the saurids and kill them.

You don't look at IP uptime
Just SB
Your IP is a bonus over your sb
You can cast sb 3 times, the use last stand, since the target "Bolster" gives you 100% block while you have last stand up and then your SB will be off cd so you can cast that 3 more times
You can cover the next gap with SW

makes controlling movement of the mobs easier, keeps them off the cannon, etc
